Biography

I have worked in the field of immigration and nationality law across the United States, with a focus on New York. My expertise lies in handling immigration disputes related to EOIR cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment, habeas corpus, deferred action, waivers, and appeals. I have successfully secured numerous approvals in immigration court and at the asylum office for individuals hailing from China, Haiti, South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Currently, I am honored to be a part of Wildes & Weinberg, PC, a highly esteemed immigration law firm established in 1960, catering to a distinguished clientele. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania (2006) and a JD from Villanova Law School (2010). During my time at Villanova, I actively participated in the CARES asylum clinic and collaborated with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. I am licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as the federal districts of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. I am proficient in Romanian and have working knowledge of French. My primary objectives are to offer each client a well-defined strategy, keep them abreast of all case progress, and diligently pursue cases until achieving a favorable resolution. It is a privilege for me to assist my clients alongside the accomplished team at Wildes & Weinberg, PC.
