Biography
John D. Megerian established Megerian Law Firm, PLLC in April of 2015. Before launching his own practice, Mr. Megerian acquired valuable expertise working at two renowned law firms, managing cases from commencement to trial. He earned his Juris Doctorate and International Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law in 2006. Additionally, he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fordham University in 2003, where he was honored with the International GLOBE Honor Student Award. Mr. Megerian's legal practice is concentrated on Commercial and Business Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, Immigration Law, Wills & Estates, Personal Injury, and Insurance Law. He also serves as the General Counsel for various Multinational Corporations based in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island, where he negotiates supply and distribution agreements, licensing agreements, oversees federal regulatory compliance, and manages international transactions. Furthermore, he supervises commercial real estate investments for multiple entities situated in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island.
