Hayden Randolph Brainard - Profile

Hayden R. Brainard, Jr. is a Partner in the Corporate Law and Intellectual Property practice groups at Miller Mayer. Mr. Brainard specializes in corporate law, providing guidance to entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses on matters such as business establishment and governance, employment issues, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, succession planning, and financing, including venture capital. In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Brainard also offers legal services in intellectual property law, assisting clients with protecting their intellectual property, registering trademarks and copyrights, and negotiating software development and service agreements. Admitted to the New York State bar, he obtained his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and concurrently earned an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His undergraduate studies were completed at Syracuse University.
