Biography
Frank started his professional journey representing high-profile individuals and artists as a talent agent at a prominent agency in New York. He then embarked on a diverse career as a legal advocate at various law practices, both large and boutique, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides. In 2019, Frank transitioned back to the entertainment industry, assuming the role of General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs at a talent agency. During the unprecedented challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, he provided legal counsel and played a pivotal role in shaping the emerging creator economy in the post-pandemic landscape. Frank has cultivated a principled and strategic legal approach tailored to the unique demands of the new creator economy, leveraging his extensive experience in litigation and dealmaking.
Frank's passion for supporting artists and creators runs deep in his family. With a grandfather who was a drummer and music teacher, a mother involved in dance and ballet instruction, and a wife skilled in playing multiple instruments, he is surrounded by a rich musical heritage. His stepfather and siblings also boast diverse music backgrounds, while his toddler son exhibits an early love for percussion. Beyond his legal career, Frank finds joy in collecting vinyl records, attending live concerts, and championing the skate and street art communities he has been a part of since childhood. He is a devoted cinephile and constantly immerses himself in literature and publications focused on the entertainment industry. A tech-savvy individual, Frank has been an active participant in social media platforms ranging from the early days of AOL chatrooms and Myspace to engaging with the latest evolving digital spaces. Frank earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2011 and gained valuable experience through internships with a leading talent management company in New York, a prominent Hollywood talent agency, and a respected Entertainment and Intellectual Property law firm based in New York. He completed his B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2006.
