Following three years of working as a corporate finance lawyer at prestigious law firms Milbank and Willkie Farr, I made a pivotal decision to establish my own legal practice. This choice was undoubtedly a significant one, considering my previous experience. Post my graduation from Georgetown Law, I thoroughly enjoyed tackling the legal needs of esteemed global financial institutions alongside top-notch professionals in the field. However, I felt it was time to venture out on my own, leveraging the invaluable knowledge gained to transition from assisting large corporations to catering to small businesses. Operating as a specialized business transaction law firm, I bring forth the expertise and skills acquired in "Big Law" to aid entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, small enterprises, artists, and entertainers. Moreover, I continue to provide counsel on intricate, high-value cross-border deals.
