Biography
Dorianne Van Dyke, a seasoned New York City dweller, pursued her education at NYU and New York Law School. During her pursuit of a juris doctorate, she commenced her legal career at Newsweek Magazine, focusing on a range of intellectual property matters such as licensing, clearance, fair use, and general usage rights. Following her law school graduation, she dedicated two years to Newsweek before transitioning to an advisory role at the Media Law Resource Center ("MLRC"), a nonprofit organization dedicated to safeguarding the First Amendment rights of content creators and media entities. After her tenure at MLRC, Dorianne made a move to the corporate arena, assuming the role of general counsel at the automotive-themed apparel and accessory company Blipshift. During her time at Axiom Law, she also provided legal counsel to prominent Fortune 100 companies like Johnson & Johnson and MetLife. Since June 2020, Ms. Van Dyke has been an integral part of the legal team at Deutsche Bank.
