David Marc Deemer - Profile

As a legal professional in New York, my legal practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions, such as residential property purchases and sales, financing, commercial lease agreements, landlord-tenant disputes, entity establishment, estate sales, and 1031 exchanges. Additionally, I handle matters related to business law, estate planning, estate administration, and elder care law. I am the founder and Managing Attorney of The Deemer Law Group, PLLC, and am licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Before establishing The Deemer Law Group, PLLC, I co-founded and served as Managing Member of Abrams Deemer PLLC. Prior to my time at Abrams Deemer PLLC, I held the position of Of Counsel at Russo & Burke in Manhattan and worked as a Senior Associate at Mavrides, Moyal & Associates LLP. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 2003 and my Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2009. I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011.
