Specializing in small business law, venture finance, intellectual property, and commercial litigation, I assist both investors and start-ups/small businesses. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I recognize the passion for creating a successful and self-sustaining company and believe that legal challenges should not hinder that drive. Before establishing my practice, I completed a clerkship at the Southern District of New York under the Honorable William H. Pauley III. I also gained experience as a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where I handled various regulatory and complex commercial litigation matters. During my time in law school, I achieved success in the Ames Moot Court Competition, received recognition for the best brief in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and served as a Technical Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. Engaging in significant non-profit activities, I currently hold the position of Secretary and Director on the board for Project Explorer and also work as an attorney for TruthinAdvertising.org, a watchdog organization focused on deceptive advertising practices.
