Biography

Michael, a native of the Capital Region, has built his legal practice around catering to the requirements of both individuals and businesses. Working as an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, his primary focus lies in the litigation and negotiation of a diverse range of legal areas such as bankruptcy, intellectual property, secured transactions, and contracts. Michael is dedicated to achieving equitable outcomes for his clients, all the while vigorously advocating on their behalf. Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Michael held the position of an Of Counsel attorney at a law firm in Schenectady. In this capacity, he represented clients in various litigation and transactional matters. He also acted as legal counsel for a property management company in the Capital Region, overseeing commercial and residential real estate properties throughout New York State. Apart from managing civil litigation and transactional affairs for the company, he was responsible for negotiating and finalizing property management agreements for more than 200 properties. As a litigator, Michael formulates effective and innovative strategies for clients involved in civil and criminal cases. He is assertive in the courtroom, pays close attention to detail, and is always receptive to his clients' needs.
