Fees
- Free Consultation It's rarely good news when you need a lawyer but, as I tell my kids, I may not be able to solve your problem but I can almost always make it better. The same is true regarding your need for sage legal counsel or aggressive advocacy. If you need a litigator because you've been injured in an accident, your mom is being abused in a nursing home, your partner is cheating you out of your share of the business or you're being sued in Federal Court for violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO). If I can't help you, I probably know someone who can, whether that's another fantastic lawyer in my firm, or a colleague elsewhere. I'm more than happy to discuss your situation and do whatever I can to guide you in the right direction, at no cost to you.
- Contingent Fees Most legal matters aren't just stressful and filled with risk, they're also expensive. We understand that most people can't afford to pay for the best legal representation available and, we don't come cheap. That's why we do our best to find a way to be compensated out of the money we recover for you. Such "contingency fee" arrangements only apply to cases in which the goal is to recovery money damages and, the other side has enough insurance or personal resources to pay, whether to settle the case or after we win at trial.

Biography
As a child, I discovered my passion for debate and argumentation, which eventually led me to pursue a career in law. I attended Columbia University, the only Ivy League institution in New York City, for my undergraduate studies before enrolling in the evening program at Fordham Law School. Fordham's night program was the perfect fit for me as I was working full-time to support myself while pursuing my legal education. Following my time at Fordham, I gained valuable experience at various law firms, exploring different areas of legal practice. It was during this period that I had the opportunity to work alongside one of the most esteemed litigators in New York City, who later became my mentor and friend. Over the course of six years under his guidance, I honed my skills as a litigator and learned valuable lessons that have shaped my career ever since. Today, with over two decades of experience, I have established myself as a top-tier litigation attorney, representing individuals, businesses, and organizations in state and federal courts across New York. Whether providing legal counsel, presenting arguments in court, or persuading juries, I am committed to leveraging my expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.
