In 1995, he initiated a startup trading company with locations in both New York and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, becoming one of the initial independent US entities involved in commercial trade in the country following years of restrictions. Subsequently, Mr. Natoli founded a prosperous wholesale liquidation & import/export firm, and has launched and managed various small enterprises across a wide range of sectors. Mr. Natoli also spent two years at The Economist Newspaper Group, Inc. in their New York office, serving as a Programme Director. He was accountable for organizing and leading top-notch think-tank roundtable events for the editorial team. These roundtable meetings covered a variety of geopolitical and sector-specific topics and welcomed Global 100 executives, government officials, and opinion leaders to discuss matters such as Corporate Governance, Energy, Airline and Automotive Industries, Human Resources, Latin America, and more. After gaining experience in legal practice focusing mainly on corporate transactions with a prominent international law firm, Mr. Natoli made the decision to concentrate his legal career on the domain he is most passionate about: Small Business Entrepreneurship. Mr. Natoli graduated cum laude from Columbia University, NY, with a BA in Political Science concentrating on International Relations, and earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, DC, known for having one of the most esteemed programs in the United States in the field of Intellectual Property Law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association's Business Law & Practice Section and is a Committee Member of the Middle Market & Small Business Group and Venture Capital & Private Equity Groups. He also serves as an ABA Panel Advisor. Mr. Natoli is authorized to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and frequently participates in speaking engagements on the topic of small business and entrepreneurship. Additionally, Mr. Natoli dedicated numerous years to pursuing a career as a professional actor in New York City and remains a member of the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists. He is also a skilled classical and jazz pianist and composer, as well as a writer of fiction and poetry.
