He assists UK businesses in establishing operations and joint ventures globally, while also offering guidance on contractual disputes and jurisdictional issues. Thomas is a trusted advisor on international law, human rights, and investigations.

In New York, Thomas specializes in complex litigation cases with international aspects. He has handled cases related to fraud, contract breaches, tortious interference, misrepresentation, employment disputes, and harassment claims. Thomas supports US companies in navigating UK and EU legal landscapes, from contract formation to data privacy compliance. With a decade of experience as a court lawyer and solicitor for UK Government departments, including the Ministries of Justice and Defence, Thomas has been involved in high-profile investigations and inquiries.
