In a groundbreaking legal precedent, I successfully secured an extension for Creditors to challenge fraudulent conveyances up to the commencement of Arbitration proceedings, allowing recovery of salary and loan repayments from involved parties. This landmark ruling, delivered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, established a widely accepted provision under UFTA and New York's Debtor and Creditor Law. Since 2004, I have operated in private practice, following roles as a partner at Duane Morris, a prominent global law firm, from 2000 to 2004, General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Import/Export Commodities Corporation from 1998 to 2000, a partner at Kreindler & Relkin, P.C. from 1987 to 1998, and service at the New York County District Attorney's Office in the Repeat Offender's Bureau in 1986.
