As a dedicated Legal Professional specializing in Personal Injury and Malpractice Law, I serve clients across New York and Pennsylvania. My legal journey commenced as a prosecutor handling felony cases at the Chemung County DA's Office, where I prosecuted the most severe offenses in the county. Subsequently, I assumed the role of overseeing the legal division at the Chemung County Department of Social Services, managing a team of seven attorneys and leading the prosecution of cases related to child abuse, neglect, juvenile delinquency, and PINS in Chemung County. Joining the Ziff Law Firm in 2004 marked a significant milestone in my career, allowing me to tackle a wide range of personal injury cases. Over the years, I have litigated numerous cases to verdict and advocated in appellate courts, including the esteemed New York Court of Appeals, the state's highest judicial body.
