Serving as Senior Counsel at Tully Rinckey, Richard Jennings focuses his legal practice on Family Matrimonial Law and Criminal, Vehicle, and Traffic law. His representation spans a wide range of cases including divorce, child support, child custody, visitation rights, spousal support, and paternity matters. Additionally, Richard advocates for clients confronting criminal charges, encompassing misdemeanors, felonies under the New York State’s Penal Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law, as well as federal criminal allegations. Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Richard operated as a sole practitioner at Jennings Law Office in Sayre, Pennsylvania starting in 2012. His tenure as the proprietor of his own firm honed his expertise in various facets of family law, matrimonial law, and criminal defense.
Richard Jennings holds licenses to practice law in all New York and Pennsylvania state courts, the United States Western District of New York court, and the United States Middle District of Pennsylvania court.
