Biography
Graduated from Fordham College with a Bachelor of Science in 1955, served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, earned his LLB from Columbia Law School in 1960, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Maritime Law at Hofstra Law School, and is a member of both the Maritime Law Association of the U.S. and the New York State Bar Association.
