With extensive experience in various civil litigation matters, Joshua Silber has represented individuals involved in accidents, victims of malpractice (medical and legal), companies, property owners, uninsured doctors, and hospitals. He has served as trial counsel to other law firms, local counsel to out-of-state firms with litigation clients in New York, and has represented lawyers and doctors in disciplinary and malpractice cases. Joshua's appointment by the Chief Administrative Judge of the New York State Supreme Court to the Court's Malpractice Case Management Committee showcases his expertise in the field. Additionally, he sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is recognized as a mediator in malpractice cases involving uninsured or bankrupt hospitals. Joshua has secured numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients and is available for personalized representation in any legal matter.
Joshua earned his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York College at Brockport in 1993 and obtained his law degree, with honors, from the University of Miami Law School in 1996.
