Biography
Diana M.A. Carnemolla embarked on her legal journey at Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf in 1989. Driven by her passion to have a greater impact as an advocate for the severely injured, she maintained a full-time role as a paralegal at the firm while pursuing her law degree in the evenings. Upon transitioning to a lawyer at the firm in 1997, Ms. Carnemolla continued to handle all aspects of pre-trial preparation in intricate medical malpractice cases and significant injury litigation, particularly in matters involving women and children. Ms. Carnemolla is renowned for her meticulous preparation of clients for their pre-trial questioning. She understands the unique needs of each client and dedicates ample time to ensure they are at ease, well-informed, and prepared for interrogation by defense counsel. Ms. Carnemolla applies the same level of commitment when examining adverse witnesses, including defendant physicians, during their depositions. Numerous cases and issues have been resolved in favor of her clients, partly due to Ms. Carnemolla's adeptness in questioning and cross-examining defense witnesses. However, her qualities as a seasoned and skilled personal injury attorney extend beyond her legal acumen and expertise. Ms. Carnemolla is also acknowledged by her clients for her empathy and support. Her understanding and compassion towards her clients and their families have helped alleviate the often stressful situations they face. Ms. Carnemolla's capacity to communicate effectively with her clients and address their worries serves as a constant source of solace and assurance upon which they can depend.
