Biography
Regina Fitzpatrick is a partner at the prestigious law firm of O'Connor & Partners, PLLC. Born and raised in Queens, New York, she completed her high school education in Ulster County. Regina graduated with distinction from the State University of New York at Albany, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Women's Studies in 1994. She also served as an instructor for an undergraduate course on Feminism at the University of Albany for a period of two years. Regina pursued her legal education at St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York, where she was awarded the esteemed St. Thomas More Full Merit Scholarship. She successfully completed her legal studies and obtained her law degree in 1998. A distinguished member of the New York State Bar, Regina has a rich professional background that includes experience at a prominent New York City law firm and a stint in sales. In 2002, she decided to return to Ulster County to be closer to her family, joining the law firm of Larkin, Axelrod, Trachte & Tetenbaum, LLP as an associate. During her time there, Regina focused on Matrimonial/Family Law and Criminal Defense. Subsequently, in 2004, she transitioned to Mainetti, Mainetti & O'Connor, where she delved into the realm of Personal Injury Law. Recognizing her passion for aiding the marginalized, Ms. Fitzpatrick found fulfillment in representing individuals who had suffered injuries. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Ulster County Bar Association.
