Allen Shoikhetbrod is a skilled Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, specializing in federal, state, and private employment law issues. His expertise encompasses cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, qui tam and whistleblower claims, and disciplinary proceedings. Allen has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative bodies such as the EEOC, MSPB, USDOL, DAB, DHR, NYSDOL, and the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. In addition to his employment law focus, Allen has a strong background in civil litigation, handling diverse cases including constitutional deprivations, landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract, and medical malpractice. He has also contributed to drafting and filing briefs for cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
