Biography

Allison R. Weber is an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, specializing in military and national security law. Her practice includes representing clients in Article 32 hearings, courts-martial, administrative separation hearings, appellate actions, adverse military personnel actions, and security clearance revocation proceedings. Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Weber served for seven years in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. In her most recent role, she was a military and civil law attorney-advisor for U.S. Army Europe, providing legal counsel on a wide range of matters including AR15-6 investigations, inspector general investigations, financial liability for property loss investigations, and ethical disclosures. Weber also has experience as a trial defense counsel at Fort Bragg and as a trial counsel in the Republic of Korea, handling felony and misdemeanor cases as well as personnel actions. She holds a juris doctorate from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and a master’s degree in diplomacy from Norwich University.
