Greg T. Rinckey, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC. His legal practice focuses on military law, federal employment, discrimination litigation, and national security clearance mitigation. With a background as an attorney in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Mr. Rinckey has handled numerous felony cases, ranging from drug possession to murder. He has extensive experience representing both federal and private sector employees in investigations and cases before various administrative bodies. Alongside Mathew B. Tully, Esq., he co-founded Tully Rinckey in 2004, establishing himself as a prominent figure in military and federal employment law. Greg also sits on the Committee on Character and Fitness for the State of New York Appellate Division’s Third Judicial District, conducting interviews for prospective attorneys seeking admission to the New York State Bar. Additionally, he is a certified New York State attorney for children involved in family court proceedings and has served on the Albany-Colonie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
