Charles L. Falgiatano - NY Lawyer Profile

Born and raised in Syracuse, Charles L. Falgiatano earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on pre-law from Nazareth College of Rochester in 1994. During his time at Nazareth College, he was a key player on the Men's Basketball team and an active member of the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society. Post-graduation, Falgiatano served as a legislative assistant to State Senator John A. DeFrancisco, specializing in state budget affairs, economic development initiatives, and constituent relations. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University in 2001, distinguishing himself as a member of the Syracuse Law Review and Syracuse College of Law Moot Court Honor Society, graduating magna cum laude within the top 10% of his cohort. While pursuing his legal education, Falgiatano gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Harris Beach LLP.
