Biography
Before establishing my own practice, I commenced my legal career as a legal assistant in Cleveland, Ohio, supporting civil litigation and specializing in various aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Following my graduation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, I initiated my legal practice in Michigan, where I advocated for injured drivers, passengers, motorcyclists, and pedestrians involved in auto accidents. Upon relocating to New York, I focused on real estate closings, providing legal services to the public and various law enforcement associations, including the Rockland County PBA and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. My practice areas included Workers’ Compensation, NYS local retirement disputes, General Municipal Law Section 207(a) and 207(c), motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury claims. I had the privilege of assisting numerous 911 first responders in securing benefits under the NY Workers’ Compensation Law and the Victims Compensation Act/Zadroga. Over the past five years, I have represented claimants in New York Workers’ Compensation cases and personal injury claims involving car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with my spouse and two stepchildren, and maintain an active lifestyle through hiking, running, hot yoga, and participating in Spartan races with friends.
