Biography
I started my professional journey as a legal manager for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee. This role involved assessing cases and claims impartially, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the various parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings. It also demanded a deep understanding of navigating cases within a complex statutory framework. These early experiences honed my analytical abilities, proving invaluable as my career advanced. Following my bankruptcy tenure, I transitioned to a general law firm where I tackled a diverse range of legal issues. These ranged from straightforward contract disputes and foreclosure defense to intricate cases such as trademark conflicts with a prominent musician, corporate compliance breaches, international theft of business secrets, and a civil RICO lawsuit involving a former NFL athlete. My work at this firm encompassed a wide scope of appellate litigation, enhancing my argumentative skills, both written and verbal. Although I valued the broad exposure provided by a general practice, I yearned for the depth of expertise achievable through focused specialization. This prompted my move to the boutique firm of Sanders Law Group, where I have concentrated primarily on federal practice. Here, I advocate for consumers in cases of debt collection violations and represent plaintiffs in copyright infringement disputes. Over time, I have litigated numerous cases at trial and appellate levels, deriving immense satisfaction from assisting clients, particularly individuals, in seeking justice for the injustices they have faced.
