Biography
I am Brian C. Pascale, the founder of Pascale Law, a leading legal practice committed to championing for injury victims throughout New York. I view each case as a crucial collaboration with my clients, ensuring they are well-informed and actively engaged during the legal proceedings. I acknowledge the distinctiveness of each circumstance, offering personalized care to secure the most advantageous outcomes for every individual or entity. My firm excels in navigating contemporary legal complexities, particularly in the realm of 21st-century torts. We stand by individuals and businesses impacted by deceptive online appraisals, misleading assertions, and the ramifications of defamation and slander. Upholding the utmost standards of professional ethics and employing proactive litigation tactics has earned me recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016, followed by consecutive Super Lawyers accolades from 2017 onwards. Since 2010, I have been a member of the Board of Directors at the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. I assumed the position of Chair for the Academy's Technology Committee from 2015 to 2022, and currently serve as the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee. Between 2009 and 2015, I contributed to the Department Updates for the Academy, disseminating the latest developments in personal injury jurisprudence in New York. In 2025, we revived this publication as "Gavel Drop," with my appointment as the Editor-in-Chief. A graduate of Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D. 2005) and Hofstra University (B.A. 2001), I established Pascale Law in 2010 and previously held the role of Managing Partner at WeitzPascale from 2015 to 2021.
