Scott entered the legal profession in 1991 and currently serves as a founding partner and lead trial attorney at Levine and Wiss, which maintains offices in Westbury, Brooklyn, and Amityville. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School located in Manhattan. Throughout his career, Scott has worked at a prominent personal injury law firm in New York City and operated his own successful practice. He gained valuable experience as a law intern at both the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.
