Victor Louis Mazzotti - NY Lawyer Profile

Victor Mazzotti, a founding partner at Martin, Harding and Mazzotti LLP, leads the firm’s Litigation Department. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Siena College in 1979, and his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1982. Victor is a member of the Board of Directors at the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. Additionally, he plays a role on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York Justice for All initiative. Victor is also a Board Member of the Italian American Bar Association's Upstate New York Chapter and a member of the Schenectady County Community College Foundation Board. To champion the rights of injured individuals, Victor serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Affiliate, and has previously held the position of President at the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District affiliate. He is affiliated with various organizations including the American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association, Public Justice Foundation, and Albany County Bar Association. Victor has been a featured speaker at numerous continuing legal education programs specializing in personal injury litigation. He was honored with inclusion in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2014 and 2015. Victor is married with two children and enjoys spending his free time engaging in family activities, particularly fishing with his sons.
