Biography
Paul Harding graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego, where he studied English and Public Justice. From a young age, Paul had a strong desire to assist others and saw becoming a lawyer as the perfect avenue to fulfill this aspiration. A native of the Capital Region, Paul opted to pursue his legal education locally. He obtained his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1989 and was subsequently admitted to the New York State Bar. Currently, he serves as the Managing Partner at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP. In 2006, Paul was nominated to sit on the Commission on Judicial Conduct in New York State by the State's Assembly Minority Leader. This Commission is tasked with determining if disciplinary measures are warranted and enforcing sanctions for judicial impropriety. Elected as Vice Chair in April 2016, Paul is dedicated to promoting the Commission's crucial mandate of upholding judicial ethics rigorously, professionally, and equitably statewide. Paul was elected to the Board of Directors at Proctors Theater in Schenectady, New York on July 22, 2009. Additionally, in 2002, he was selected to join the Marketing Client Services Committee at the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a prominent national organization dedicated to advocating for a just and efficient legal system for individuals who have been harmed. Paul is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a group with more than 4500 participants.
