Biography
Boasting a wealth of experience spanning more than four decades in the legal field, with ten years of that time spent practicing in Florida, I have committed myself to providing dedicated legal representation to individuals across a wide array of legal issues. My areas of expertise encompass estates, wills, trusts, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, zoning regulations, business law, corporations, limited liability companies, international law, sports and entertainment law, contract law, and various other individual legal needs. For over 35 years, I have been deeply immersed in sports law and business-related legal matters. Throughout my career, I have served in roles such as a former certified NCAA, NBA, and NFL agent, manager of LPGA golfers, and advisor to amateur and Olympic athletes. I also actively engage in lecturing for continuing legal education, writing, and advocating for the regulation of amateur and professional sports. Notably, I have been the primary legal counsel for student-athlete Noriana Radwan, overseeing the federal case titled UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT BOARD OF TRUSTEES. et al., USDC D.Conn 3:16-cv-0209, the details of which are accessible on Justia at https://dockets.justia.com/docket/connecticut/ctdce/3:2016cv02091/115246. This lawsuit centered on a student-athlete's pursuit to uphold her civil rights against her former coach and the University of Connecticut's administration, culminating in a dismissal with prejudice by joint stipulation of the parties on July 24, 2023.
