Gina Raio Bitsimis serves as Of Counsel at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. She became part of the team in February 2021 after a successful career spanning more than two decades in leading Trusts and Estates legal practices. Gina's expertise encompasses a wide range of Surrogate’s Court proceedings, including the appointment of Executors or Administrators for estates, the preparation of fiduciary accountings, and the filing of New York State and Federal estate tax returns. She also possesses significant knowledge in Real Estate Transactions. Known for her adeptness in all facets of Trusts and Estates law, Gina focuses on educating and advising clients on time-sensitive and delicate matters. Her experience extends to drafting wills and trusts and developing comprehensive plans for high-net-worth individuals. Recently, Gina was honored by her colleagues with inclusion in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates in Setauket, NY. Recognition in Best Lawyers is the result of a rigorous peer-review process involving over 8.2 million confidential evaluations from esteemed legal professionals.
