Prior to her legal career, she served as the Vice President of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs for a medium-sized adhesive film manufacturer headquartered in the United Kingdom. Ms. Gilmartin's background as a business executive equips her with a unique perspective on the expectations of legal counsel within a corporate setting, enabling her to comprehend the intricate implications of decisions affecting her clients' businesses. During her tenure as the former North American General Counsel for the same organization, she gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, as well as dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation.
