Jason W. Stern, Esq., obtained his Bachelor's degree from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Following his law school graduation, Mr. Stern worked at the Yankowitz Law Firm before establishing his own practice in 2002. No other lawyer in New York specializing in will contests has overturned more fraudulently executed wills than Mr. Stern. He has vigorously litigated and recovered over fifty million dollars in estate assets for clients in New York estate disputes.
