I act as a Consultant for various mortgage firms, having educated real estate and mortgage professionals for numerous years and contributed to the writing and editing of several mortgage textbooks, such as Mortgage Lending Principles and Practices (6th, 7th, and 8th editions). I am a Certified Real Estate Instructor in New York State. I am affiliated with the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. I volunteer as an Attorney for Free Legal Answers via the ABA, and I am a member of the Estate Planning Committee of the Senior Lawyers Division, as well as serving on the Consumer Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
