Anne E. Joynt serves as a Junior Partner at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC, where she has dedicated her legal career since graduating from law school in 2005. Her primary focus is on advocating for individuals impacted by childhood lead poisoning, along with handling cases related to asbestos exposure, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, and childhood abuse. Anne has been involved in every aspect of personal injury litigation, including trial proceedings. In a notable achievement, she was part of the trial team, alongside Joseph Kremer and Zachary Woods, that secured the first jury verdict for a lead-poisoned plaintiff in Erie County in October 2014.
