Biography
Erin M. Hargis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and obtained her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. During her time in law school, she actively participated in the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division, and served as the Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America chapter at the institution. After completing her education, Ms. Hargis commenced her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office. In this capacity, she managed a diverse caseload encompassing both felony and misdemeanor cases, showcasing her skills by successfully litigating numerous cases on behalf of Brooklyn residents. In 2008, she transitioned to a prestigious Manhattan firm, specializing in handling complex medical malpractice cases. In 2011, Ms. Hargis joined Rosenberg & Gluck as an associate, rapidly advancing to the role of partner in 2015. Drawing on her extensive experience, she advocates effectively for victims of negligence and malpractice, overseeing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to trial.
