He has a wealth of experience in handling trials and appeals in both federal and state courts across New York, including the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Scott is an active member of the New York State Bar Committee on Federal Practice, National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, and serves as Co-chair of the ADR Committee of the Northern District of New York.
