Daniel Paul Dagostino - NY Lawyer Profile

Daniel “Dan” Dagostino completed his undergraduate studies in History at the State University of New York at Albany in 1997. Post-graduation, he gained valuable experience as a legal assistant at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP under the guidance of Paul Harding. Dan's initial role with the firm provided him with firsthand insight into the challenges faced by injured individuals and the significant support offered by Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP throughout and beyond the legal process. Motivated by this experience, he decided to pursue a legal career and enrolled at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. After obtaining his law degree, Dan practiced in Los Angeles, handling personal injury cases for both injured parties and insurance companies. In 2006, an opportunity arose in the Case Management Unit at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP, prompting Dan to return to New York eagerly.
