Biography

James Rubinowitz is a personal injury lawyer dedicated to aiding clients in seeking justice following significant harm. Mr. Rubinowitz manages a variety of cases, including those related to automobile accidents, property liabilities, labor regulations, construction site injuries, medical negligence, product defects, and wrongful fatalities. He is actively engaged in every phase of our clients' legal proceedings and is committed to ensuring they obtain just and comprehensive compensation for their injuries. James has played a pivotal role in numerous cases resulting in substantial verdicts and settlements, such as a $71 million verdict for a woman injured in a car collision. During his time at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Rubinowitz discovered his calling: advocating for those in distress. Post-graduation, he reinforced these principles by joining a legal practice that safeguarded the intellectual property rights of musicians. His background in intellectual property law brings a distinct perspective to our firm, enabling him to excel in all client representations. A true testament to his litigation prowess, James was invited to give a lecture to third-year law students at Cardozo Law School on crafting an opening statement in a Wrongful Death lawsuit. This lecture formed part of Cardozo's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), where law students learn advanced strategies for success in courtroom trials.
