Serving as a designated Court-Appointed Fiduciary in New York State Surrogate's Court, and in his private legal practice, Daniel has been involved in various cases related to managing estates of deceased individuals. These cases encompass a wide range of legal matters such as petitions for probate and administration, applications for transferring real estate, contested wills, judicial and contested accountings, proceedings for personal injury/wrongful death settlements, and hearings on kinship.
