Biography
Jillian Stenzel works as an associate lawyer in the Real Estate Law Division, specializing in Residential Property Transactions, Home Sales & Purchases, Mortgage Financing, and Title Insurance. With a diverse legal background, Jillian honed her skills in transactional law while serving as a clerk for a solo real estate attorney. She offers legal advice and representation for real estate closings in private property transactions and effectively advocates for lending institutions in real estate deals. Jillian earned her undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Sociology from SUNY Buffalo State College and her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
