With a wealth of experience in commercial, employment, and securities litigation across various platforms, including state and federal courts, Barry R. Lax stands as one of the founding partners at Lax & Neville LLP. He has represented clients in arbitrations before entities such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”), National Futures Association (“NFA”), Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”), and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Since the establishment of Lax & Neville LLP in 2007, Mr. Lax has been dedicated to advocating for customers and broker/dealers in matters concerning sales practices and product-related disputes. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled complex commercial and securities litigations, specifically representing hedge fund investors and general partners.
