Raoul Duggal is a seasoned corporate lawyer specializing in assisting emerging businesses and venture-backed enterprises. With a wealth of experience in guiding companies and investors through various venture capital and angel investments, as well as successful exits, Raoul also offers comprehensive expertise in advising clients on a diverse range of domestic and international M&A deals, including restructuring and refinancing initiatives. His professional background includes working with public companies and providing counsel on both domestic and international IPOs. Raoul has served a diverse clientele, ranging from dynamic start-ups and investors to established mid- and large-sized corporate entities in the U.S. and Europe. His industry experience spans technology, media, telecommunications, e-commerce, and the internet sector, with additional involvement in biotech and healthcare projects.
