With over three decades of transactional expertise, Mark Zafrin manages a wide array of affairs for clients within the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical and Financial Services sectors. He possesses profound understanding of FHA and traditional mortgage financing, mezzanine and private equity financing, as well as healthcare Certificate of Need applications. Mark has extensive experience handling intricate mergers and acquisitions of healthcare facilities, hospitals, federally funded clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and large physician practice groups. Serving as General Counsel, Mr. Zafrin counsels and supports his clients, which range from nursing homes to assisted living centers and clinics (including primary care clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and free-standing renal dialysis centers), with their FHA and traditional mortgage financing, regulatory matters, Medicare and Medicaid audits, and general corporate affairs.
