Biography
I take pleasure in offering advice to businesses and finding solutions to intricate business and legal challenges. With my extensive understanding of corporate and real estate law, as well as experience in investment banking and private equity, I am well-equipped to act as external general counsel for numerous startups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises throughout the past ten years. I have also provided direction to several technology firms during their acquisition by major corporations and have successfully concluded some of the most substantial commercial real estate deals. Prior to practicing law, I spent several years in the finance sector, serving as an investment banker and consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
