Biography
Kimberly earned her BA from the University of Michigan before obtaining her JD from Fordham Law School in 1998. She launched her career at a prominent New York City firm, Brown & Wood, LLP. In 2002, Kimberly transitioned to the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, where she successfully litigated numerous cases to verdict. In 2005, she joined her father Richard's legal practice, primarily focusing on criminal cases involving felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic violations, while also assisting with other legal matters. Kimberly is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and frequently contributes to the Nassau County Bar Association, recently delivering a CLE lecture on negotiation tactics. She previously led the District Court Committee and currently serves as its vice chairs. Kimberly is a legal correspondent for both Fox News and MSNBC, providing expert analysis on a wide range of legal topics.
