Mr. Romano, a seasoned partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, specializes in handling cases related to workers' compensation. He earned his bachelor's degree with honors from Brandeis University and his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Romano litigates claims involving workers' compensation, such as those concerning occupational exposure, asbestos, and industrial irritants. He has conducted numerous seminars for labor unions and healthcare providers. Mr. Romano previously served as President of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group and currently holds the position of President at the Society of New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association.
