Biography
I am a highly skilled attorney specializing in business and commercial litigation. With a track record of success in 23 state and federal court decisions, I have handled cases involving disputes of up to $160 million. My settlements have reached as high as $31 million. Known for my intelligence, thoroughness, resourcefulness, and professionalism, I bring a relentless approach to my work – a trait that may stem from my background in college wrestling and club rugby. Formerly a partner at Coblence & Warner (now Warner Partners) alongside Ken Warner, a renowned trial lawyer, I spent over a decade as his trusted "right-hand man" before venturing out on my own. Ken Warner would likely speak highly of my abilities. Together, we represented Joe Jett, a former Kidder Peabody bond trader, in various legal matters during the 1990s, including a significant arbitration case against Kidder that led to the dismissal of their $83 million claims and the release of Jett's frozen $5.7 million bonus. Our collaboration extended to defending former JWP CEO Andrew Dwyer in securities litigation and representing former Tyco outside director Frank Walsh in a lawsuit that was ultimately settled. Over the past few years, I have served as legal counsel for New York real estate developer Jacob Frydman and his companies in multiple litigations. Additionally, I partnered with business and employment litigator Neal Brickman for over a year as co-counsel in a $160 million RICO case, successfully opposing motions to dismiss and summary judgment. Both Jacob Frydman and Neal Brickman would likely speak highly of my contributions to our cases.
