I received my Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and my Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., with a specialization in business and federal taxation law. I started my professional journey as a commercial business litigator in Washington, D.C., and later relocated to New York City to join Paul Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, a globally renowned law firm. During my tenure there, I represented multinational corporations, concentrating on financial audits, tax implications analysis, commercial litigation, and inquiries into financial reporting and accounting practices. As a licensed federal tax attorney, I am authorized to advocate for taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states under IRS Circular 230. I maintain active bar admissions in New York and Maryland, and I am also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court for federal tax matters nationwide. In 2011, I founded my firm, Delia Law P.C., to specialize in aiding clients in managing and resolving intricate IRS tax dilemmas.
