Stephen J. Silverberg is well-known nationwide for his expertise in estate planning, estate administration, asset protection planning, and elder law. He has served as a former president of the esteemed National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and was a founding member and former president of the New York State chapter of NAELA. He has been granted the title of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, a distinction held by fewer than 520 individuals across the country.
